1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bet365ee ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bet365ee website located at https://bet365ee.xyz and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bet365ee, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

bet365ee reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms. bet365ee may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts and void any bets or bonuses associated with them.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet365ee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

You agree to notify bet365ee immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bet365ee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. bet365ee is entitled to treat all instructions received through your account as having been given by you unless and until you have notified us of a security breach and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

bet365ee employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA on their accounts.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on bet365ee are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform from time to time and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bet365ee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• bet365ee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.
• bet365ee reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bet365ee may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bet365ee promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bet365ee reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• bet365ee reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account may be closed.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on bet365ee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are available within each game or market on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

bet365ee uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of bet365ee's commercial interests.

bet365ee reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bets placed on markets that were opened or settled in error, and bets that would not have been accepted under normal operating conditions.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by bet365ee's systems shall be the definitive record, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet365ee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability must be reported to bet365ee immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bet365ee staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bet365ee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of bet365ee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bet365ee.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any bet365ee trademarks, trade names, or logos without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of bet365ee's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bet365ee and its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet365ee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, bet365ee shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bet365ee's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet365ee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
